At Fontana Forni, we take pride in our Italian craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your premium oven. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return your unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare for Shipping

Carefully repack the oven and accessories in their original packaging and secure them to the original pallet to prevent damage during transit.

Schedule the Pickup

Once your return is authorized, we will assist in coordinating a freight carrier to collect the shipment from your location at a scheduled time.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in new, resellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
